Up for sale is an incredibly rare, unmolested 2000 Jeep Cherokee (XJ) finished in factory Solar Yellow. This is a legitimate, end-of-run Freedom Edition (1 of only 2,821 produced). This Jeep has spent its entire life in California under single-family ownership until May 2026. Undercarriage is completely RUST-FREE—the floor pans, rockers, and uniframe are solid metal. Small, minor superficial surface rust just above passenger door. New alternator.

Condition Note:
The original Solar Yellow paint displays honest California sun patina on the upper surfaces and typical front-end rock chips, wearing its survivor history proudly. The interior is exceptionally clean; the driver's seat has the classic outer bolster tear common to XJs, which is currently protected by a set of high-quality, custom-fit Rough Country seat covers.
There is a crack in the windshield that will be replaced prior to sale.
Electrical note: The passenger windows roll down perfectly from the master driver-side switch, but the individual passenger-door switches are currently inoperable. This is the classic XJ master window-lock switch failure—a very common, cheap fix, but I have left it completely original. Jeep does have minor cosmetic dings and paint patina consistent with its age. I am happy to provide additional close-up pictures upon request.
